Every day I sit on the eastbound platform, looking over at the westbound platform with a sense of wonder. Where are they going? What is west? Who am them? And most importantly, why?
Personally I think they're all assholes, those westbounders.
We've been having lots of polarising filtery days lately.
On this day, I met up with Peter and we went to see The Seventh Seal. Little did we know that two days later, Ingmar Bergman would die. How awesome is that?
Afterwards we had Nandos and then went to the pub, there were some chips involved, and then a really long nightbus journey, followed by the feeling that we really hadn't had enough to drink, then some guitars, then we slept.
I'd calculate how much of my life I spend speeding around underneath London but I'm way too busy fearing terrorism to do so.

It's Windsor Castle! On this day, I went to play and review BioShock, a game that will be remembered as one of the greatest games to ever be released in August of 2007. Take Two's offices are in Windsor, and you haven't experienced annoying tourists until you've been to Windsor!
And boyscouts. Legions of boyscouts.
On this particular day, I thought that, for the first time since starting this blog, I'd forgotten to take a daily photograph. Moments later I remembered taking this photo of a zebra horse on my phone to send to a friend who I thought would find it interesting.
He did find it interesting, and humorous!
To ease the transition from eating one large Dominos pizza every weekend to not eating any pizza at all, I've started eating KFC meals every second evening. Oddly, I still find myself eating pizzas at the weekend, so this system is clearly faulty. And delicious.
Whatever I was trying to do here, I think I might have failed.
Baker Street is the most fiercely contested free-newspaper-handing-out patch in all of London. Although you can't see it here, there are seventy men in yellow and grey jackets screaming "FREE LANDANLITE" in perfect harmony.
It's not great, but I think I might have now photographed every square inch of Baker Street tube station.
This is Matt, he's terrified of age. "You'd better be making that photo black and white to hide my age," he's saying. He's very almost 30, but he's young at heart.
Okay, I'm officially getting too lazy with this daily photo thing. I took this at work so I wouldn't have to think about it at 11:45pm that night.
Another "quick it's almost midnight take a photo" moment. This was taken literally one minute to midnight.

Urgh, I've developed a habit of buying large pizzas on the internet.
I spend so much time sitting on the platform at Baker Street, I think it's my most photographed place in all of London. I like it when not a single person sees me pointing a camera at them, they're all too busy looking at their mobile phones, or reading the paper.
A triumph of photoshop over bad photos. This took a bit of work to make it look halfway decent.
A scorpion in a vodka bottle, from a Codemasters trip ages ago. Apparently somebody drank the vodka and ate the scorpion, which I don't think you're supposed to do. Why would anybody do that?
That old gazebo bandstand thing in Regent's Park. It's not the first time I've shot it, and there's really not a whole lot to say about it. This time there was a happy couple sitting on it.
I think I was trying something out with my camera here, but I can't remember what exactly. It's some clouds though.
This is the first lens I bought for my SLR, a Tamron 70-300mm. By repeatedly saying the words "internet" and "eBay" while shrugging, I convinced an Austrian man to sell it to me for £20 cheaper than normal.
This turned up at the office on Friday. Our building manager doesn't want to keep it, and we simply cannot understand why.
This is my favourite place for photography, Whipps Cross Hospital. It's a collection of old buildings, really old buildings, new buildings, and those prefab cabin things. Some of it's quite run down, and seemingly closed, and other parts are really busy.
Good job Whipps Cross, I hope they never 'save you', as all the posters are saying.
To celebrate Independence Day, I took a picture of Regent's Park. There's some HDR going on here, but it's generally underexposed and rubbish. Everything I take is too dark and I don't know why.
My new chair! This is what I'm sitting in right now! It's far better than my old chair, which can be seen here and here.
I always seem to shoot my chair in black and white. Interesting.
It was raining so much, and everywhere was flooded. Except the bit of London I live in. Here's a bike that actually says PCZ on the back.
